WHO ARE WE?

The administrator of your personal data is the data.rocks sp. z o.o. sp. k. (limited liability company limited partnership) (hereinafter “data.rocks”). Our headquarters is based in Warsaw at ul. We provide professional services in the field of marketing and web analytics, using the “data.rocks” brand for these activities.

 

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We collect your personal data mainly from you. If you are our Client, you provide us with your details when contacting us about our services. If you are our contractor (i.e. we are engaged in business cooperation), you provide us with your data when you contact us regarding cooperation, as well as throughout the entire cooperation, e.g. via e-mail correspondence. We may have also received your contact details from someone in your organization (e.g. by indicating you in a cooperation contract as the person responsible for contact or simply by adding you to the message (CC) as part of ongoing correspondence).

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
1. Provision of services to our Clients
If you are or would like to become our Client, we will process your personal data in order to render our services and for settlement and tax related purposes.
2. Running our website, including statistics. We process your personal data to ensure the functionality of our website www.data.rocks
3. Cooperation with contractorsIf you are or would like to engage in business relations with us, then we will process your personal data (e.g. as the owner of a company/institution or an employee of a company/institution) in order to establish and conduct such cooperation.
4. All e-mail correspondenceIf you contact us via e-mail in matters other than those specified above, we process your data for the purposes related to such correspondence. This may be related  to performing our services, ordering specific services or supplies, recruitment, or other activities related to our company.

WHAT DATA CATEGORIES DO WE PROCESS?

We primarily  process your contact details, as well as data concerning the company/institution you work for, e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number, history of your communication with us, information on the sources of obtaining your data, name of the company/institution , Tax ID, history of using our services. This may also be additional information concerning yourself which you may have included in the e-mail correspondence or which you could have given during a telephone conversation with our representative, as well as the consent you have given.

In addition, we also collect information about how you use the www.data.rocks website, including your IP address and information on the device you are using (e.g. browser), if you agree to the use of cookies. THE RIGHT TO OBJECT

We would separately like to inform you that you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise your right to object if you do not want us to process your personal data for a specific purpose. In this case, we will continue to process your data for the purposes of other procedures (for other purposes), but not for the purpose which you have objected against, unless your request is contrary to the obligation imposed by law.

IS YOUR DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

When running our site, we use tools provided by entities located outside the European Economic Area, and some of our service providers may store your data outside of the above territory (e.g. Google LLC). Whenever your data could be transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done only as part of procedures in accordance with personal data protection regulations – e.g. the data is transferred to countries for which the European Commission has issued a decision stating that they ensure an adequate level of protection. An example of such a country are the United States and the “Privacy Shield” mechanism, which involves certification of companies based in the United States in terms of whether they apply appropriate rules in the field of personal data protection.
