    Nexterio is a Polish chain of stores supplying its customers with interior finishing materials such as tiles, bathroom fittings, and flooring. Its dynamic growth has led to the expansion of its reach into the Slovak market.

    To reach our goals, we needed more than just a standard campaign. We started with data — and based on it, we planned actions that translated directly into sales, not just reach.

    Market Analysis and Strategy Adaptation for Slovakia

    Instead of shooting in the dark, we first analyzed the Slovak market potential. Using Google’s IGAP program tools, we assessed profitability, identified niches and trends, and matched ad messaging and products to local customer behavior. This became the foundation for a performance strategy built specifically for Slovakia — not a copy-paste of what worked in Poland.

    Thoughtful Budget Scaling

    Instead of wasting budget, we proposed increasing ad spend by 160%, gradually introducing campaigns of varying intensity, and dynamically adjusting spend based on live data. Result: With costs up by 117%, revenue grew by 204%.

    Full Use of Tools

    We designed campaigns that worked together rather than competing for the same audience. We used Performance Max, DSA, Demand Gen, new user bidding, smart bidding strategies, and enhanced conversions — optimizing for profit, not just clicks.

    Our CSS Advantage

    For product campaigns, we used our own Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), ensuring lower CPCs, higher auction share, and greater product visibility in Slovakia. Result: CSS campaigns generated 30% of the total Slovak market revenue.

    UX and Website Optimization

    As part of the IGAP program, we conducted a website analysis. Based on the findings, Nexterio began implementing improvements in content structure, communication tone, SEO, and product feed optimization.
